Solution
To deliver a resilient and scalable monitoring system, we implemented a microservice architecture using Node.js and Express — enabling stable performance under varying traffic loads and simplifying future system upgrades.
The frontend was built with Next.js and Chakra UI to ensure fast response times and a seamless experience across devices — essential for teams that rely on real-time insights.
For immediate incident response, we integrated SendPulse (email) and Telegraf (Telegram) to provide instant alerts, minimizing downtime risks and enabling teams to react without delay.
All performance data — including load times and uptime metrics — is stored in Firebase Firestore, enabling historical trend analysis and supporting long-term optimization strategies.
To ensure 24/7 control, we developed a mobile application that gives stakeholders remote access to monitoring tools, helping them stay informed and in control — wherever they are
